Water Jet
Water Jet Cutting - Nearly any material up to 24" W x 48"L
Water jet cutting is a form of machining that has proven its worth to the machining industry. Duyck Machine recognized this and purchased its first Water jet nearly two decades ago when the technology was still in its infancy. Since then, we have expanded our equipment list and continuously upgraded the machines.
Water jet cutting is performed with the use of a jet of high pressure water (50K PSI). The cutting action is enhanced by the addition of an abrasive into the jet stream. With this combination, machining can be accomplished not only on steel, aluminum and stainless, but on a variety of non-traditional materials as well. We regularly cut glass, marble, and composites, without difficulty. The thickness can range from sheet material to several inches thick, depending on the application. Contact us for more information
